Dr. Bafakih graduated from King Abdul Aziz University, in Jeddah in 1996. In 1998, he completed a Masters of International Commercial Law from the University of Thornwood in the UK, where he also completed a Ph.D. in Business Law in 2001. In addition, Dr. Bafakih completed a Masters of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in 2003.
Dr. Bafakih has extensive experience in legal arbitration, including with the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Justice, is a legal consultant for several Saudi banks, and has written many articles on law and legal issues in Saudi Arabia.
